Siam ordered building of cruisers in Italy according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1939 no. 4

An item reported that the new cruisers of which the building in Italy was ordered by the cabinet of Siam probably resembled in many waters the new Italian flotilla leaders of the Agrippa or Regolo-class with a displacement of 3.500 ton and armed with 8-13,2cm guns.
