Italian destroyer Indomito achieved a trial speed of 36 miles according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1912-1913 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht reporting that the Italian 700 ton destroyer Indomito developed at the trials 17.000 hp achieving a speed of 36 miles. She was fitted out with turbines and Thornycroft boilers.(1)

1. Lead ship of her class designed by Luigi Scaglia of the firm Societa Pattison, Naples, Italy and built by the same firm. Launched on 10 May 1912 and stricken on 11 July 1937
