German artillery training tender Fuchs built according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1905-1906 no. 5

An item referred to the Marine Rundschau reporting that the German artillery training tender Fuchs would be completed in September. Displacement 638 tons and as dimensions 41 x 8,7 x 3 metres. Horsepower 1.100 ihp allowing a speed of 12 miles with a horsepower of 1.000 hp. The armament consisted of 2-5cm L/40 quick firing guns, 2-8,8cm L/35 guns and op the poop and in the sides each pivots for 2-5cm guns or 2-3,7cm guns and on the poop were 2 pivots for 9mm machineguns available.(1)

1. Laid down at the shipyard of Jos. L. Meyer, Papenburg, Germany as the Tender A in December 1904, baptized and launched on 29 July 1905, commissioned on 3 February 1906, decommissioned on 12 May 1928, sold to be broken up on 3 May 1929 which was  executed at Wilhelmshaven, Germany the same year.
