Russia interested in founding naval harbour at Petrowlaswsk according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 7

An item reported that the possibility of establishing a war harbour at Petrowlawsk, Kamchatka was investigated. The harbour was larger then at Vladivostok and longer free of ice.(1)
