Against huge costs British battleship HMS Warspite modernized according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1938 no. 3
An item referred to the magazine R.U.S.I. dated February 1938 reported that the original building costs of the British battleship HMS Warspite were 2.524.148 pound sterling. Since she was completed was 466.000 pound sterling spent in repairing. She was recently modernized, costs 2.362.000 pound sterling.(1)
