French shipyard of Schneider-Creusot increased submarine building facility according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 5

An item reported that at Toulon, France the private owned submarine yard building submarines for the firm Schneider was considerable increasing. In 1912 wasa  floating dock planned able to lift 1.000 ton submarines.(1)
