Japanese navy building several submarines at Kure and Kobe according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 5

An item reported that on 17 April at Kure, Japan the 325 ton submarines numbers 10-12 were launched, preceded by the no. 9 of the same range. The three submarines being built at Kobe, Japan were to be launched the same year.
