German shipyard Schichau finally delivered torpedo boats to China according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens 1895 nr. 7

An item reported that the Schichau Shipyard at Elbing, Germany recently handed over to the Chinese government several torpedo boats. The delivery was delayed caused by the war.(1) During their trials was a medium speed of 24,4 and a maximum 24,7 knots achieved.
