Italian customs torpedo boat No. 13 sunk according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens 1896 nr. 3

An item reported that the Italian torpedo boat No. 13 serving as a patrol vessel of the Department of Finance anchored on 4 January 1896 at the Giudecca, Venice not far from the shipyard of the S.V.L. and was left behind by her crew which sleep on shore. Next morning they found their vessel back while sunk and needing to be salvaged.
