Japan dismissing naval officers and sailors on large scale to reduce the budget according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 6

An item reported that in an effort to decrease the budget the Japanese navy dismissed 57 officers and 2.000 petty officers and sailors.
