An item reported that the discussions dealing with the new Russian battleship designs resulted in a 22.800 tons ships with a speed of 21 miles and a main armament of 10-30,5cm guns. As soon as the Duma approved the budget of 28.250.000 Dutch guilders was the building to be started.(1)
