Armament consisted of 14-7” Armstrong guns in the battery and 1-7” Armstrong gun fore and one aft. Horsepower 900 nhp. Dimensions 295 x 56 x 37 (hold) x  25 (fore)-26 (aft) feet and a tonnage of 4.221 tons. Speed 12.75 knots/ Armour thickness 4.75-5.5” with 9” teak. Barque-rigged. Built in England in 1865. Crew numbered 310 men (included 24 officers), should be 640 men.
