Brazil desired own flying school according to the Dutch magazine Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 2

An item reported that the Brazilian cabinet accepted a law dealing with establishing a military flying school. Furthermore was a budget approved of acquiring 3 airships, 2 aircraft, 6 float planes and a battery anti aircraft guns. Two French officers were to be appointed for training.
