German battleships experimenting with float planes according to the Dutch magazine Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 2

An item reported that some German battleships were to be experimentally fitted out with float planes and for this purpose were derricks to be placed for taking the planes towards the sea and back on board. The planes were to start from the water and landing back on the water.
