German dry dock at Tsingtao, China completed according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1907-1908 no. 5

An item referred to the Army and Navy Journal reporting that at the German protectorate Tsingtao, China a dry dock was completed able to dock a 16.000 ton battleship. The total weight of the dock which consisted of 5 pontoons was 8.800 ton. It was nearly complete electrically operated, the electricity was delivered by a wall station. (1)
