An item reported that the Russian naval commission was extensively testing the anti-roll tank of Frahm. They were departed from Hamburg, Germany with a by Blohm&Voss chartered steamship towards the Azores.(1)

The shipbuilding engineer Hermann Frahm (8 December 1867 Budelsdorf-28 December 1939 Remscheid) was a pioneer in this topic and who worked for the German shipyard Blohm&Voss, Hamburg, Germany.
