Swedish naval budget for 1912 according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1912-1913 no. 4

An item reported that the Swedish budget for 1912 of 36 million was divided in 36 million for the navy and coastal defence and 3 million for the merchant marine. For the fleet was 19,5 million available of which 8 million for the personnel. The personnel strength was 451 officers, 4.661 petty officers and sailors and 610 boys.
