Technical demands for German naval aircraft drawn according to the Dutch magazine Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 2

An item reported that the German Reichsambt handed the firms over the technical demands for navy aircraft. Sufficient power and storage for one observatory and a fuel bunker capacity for at least 4 hours with a speed of 100 kilometres. Able to float at sea with a wind sped of 7 metres/second with a stopped engine for at least one hour and then able to take off and able to fly during 3 hours without engine problems.
