British ambassador informed US cabinet that England expected parity of the American and British navies according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland dated 9 July 1927

An item dated Washington, USA 9th referred to a statement of the British ambassador that he visited Kellogg (1) on last Wednesday to express again that England excepted the idea of parity between the British and American navies.
