Dutch naval air force finally in the air again according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 12 March 1920

An item reported that that for the first time since October 1919 a Dutch plane of the Naval Air Force went into the air. Lacking planes had the force condemned to the ground but there were now six planes available, a number to increased further. Officer pilot [W.] Verploegh Chassé took the first plane into the air.
