Launched at Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company, Newport News, USA in 1918, completed in 1919 , displacement 1.215 tons, 27.000 hp horsepower, all turbine direct drive oil fuelled machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 2-14pd anti aircraft guns and 4x3-21” torpedo tubes.
