Launched at Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation, Union Plant, San Francisco, USA in 1918, completed in 1919 displacement 1.215 tons, 27.000 hp horsepower, all turbine direct drive oil fuelled machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 2-14pd anti aircraft guns and 4x3-21” torpedo tubes.
