French navy strengthened with light cruiser according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1919-1920 no. 2

An item referred to the magazine U.S.N.I.P. dated February 1919 reporting that the French navy was strengthened with a light cruiser of the Lamotte-Piquet design. With a displacement of 4.00-4.500 tons was her speed 32 miles. The armament consisted of 8-12,5cm L/55 guns able to fire with 4 guns ahead and aft and in the broadsides with 6 guns. Armour consisted of a 5cm thick belt over 2.3 of her length, a 1,7cm thick deck and 15cm thick gun shields.
