Germans hide fire control devices for British naval commission according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1919-1920 no. 2

An item referred to the Army and Navy Gazette dated 18 January 1919 reporting that the Germans removed the fire control devices of their ships before the British could examine this equipment. The British naval commission reported that there was no prove that the Germans had better fire control systems than the British able to fix the right distance to the target.
