British naval budget for 1911 increased according to the Dutch newspaper De Volksvriend dated 16 March 1911

An item reported that the British naval budget was increased with 19 million US dollars (?) to 221.962.500 US dollars compared with the budget the year before. For the new building of 5 battleships, 4 cruisers, 20 destroyers, 6 submarines and 6,000 men more was 75.319.385 US dollars available.
