Russia (ordered) building (of) more destroyers and torpedo boats according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1904-1905 no. 4

An item referred to the magazine le Yacht reporting that Russia ordered 10 submarines of the Doewetski design to be delivered as soon as possible. In Russia was this design considered to be the best. Further more was the building of 4 destroyers and 6 torpedo boats by the Nevsky yard ordered where at that moment 10 Tsjklon boats were nearly completed and probably by train were transported towards Port Arthur. At the same yard were 4 destroyers launched with a displacement of 350 tons, 5.500 ihp horsepower and a speed of 27 miles. At Riga, Latvia were another 4 destroyers ordered.
