Japanese navy tanker Erimo visited Tarakan, Dutch East Indies in 1935-1936

An item reported that the Japanese navy tanker Erimo visited the Dutch East Indies harbour Tarakan between 2-4 December 1935 and between 10-11 December 1936.

1. Notoro or Erimo-class navy tanker, laid down by Kawasaki Kobe shipyard, Japan on 3 May 1920, launched on 28 October 1920, completed on 16 December 1920, heavily damaged by the Dutch submarine Hr.Ms. O15 on 4 March 1942 was she beached at Belitung [or Billiton, island of the Sumatran east coast, Dutch East Indies].
