Adrian Stoffels Hoek (4 December 1746 Delfhaven-7 July 1820 Rotterdam) was in 1769 appointed as boatswain by the Admiralty of the Maze/Rotterdam and later even equipage master. In 1920 dismissed by the commanding officer at Rotterdam rear admiral Job Seaburne May for unknown reasons.
