An item reported that the German Deutscher Flottenvereind (Nay League) held on 25 May at Bremen her 13th common meeting. She numbered 337.000 common members and more as a million f the members of the sister organisation were counted. Her president, admiral Von Koester (1) repeated the demand of the organisation to increase the number of 27.000 tons armoured cruisers lacking a sufficient number of those ships. A large part of the ships on paper classified as cruisers like the training ships of the Hansa type were obsolete. The admiral asked for a so-called flying squadron consisting of armoured cruisers and small cruisers, which idea was supported by the present members.
