Germany stationing torpedo boat flotilla at Danzig according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 4

An item reported that Germany stationed a flotilla of 12 torpedo boats for defensive purposed as Danzig. This was the first step in executing the program of stationing such flotillas in the major Baltic harbours. It were the old S and T boats built since 1889 although their fore ship was raised to improve the seaworthy qualities.
