Italian built Portuguese submarine Espadarte arrived in Portugal according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 4

An item reported the arrival of the Portuguese submarine Espadarte at Lisbon, Portugal coming from the shipyard at La Spezzia, Italy where she was built. Speed 13 (surfaced)-8 (submerged) miles. Tonnage 245 (surfaced)-300 (submerged) tons.(1)
