Part of the fleet of the Dutch merchant shipping company Koninklijke Paketvaart Maatschappij (KPM). The list was supplied by the Dutch senior officer of Defensively Equipped Merchant Ship (DEMS) organisation at Sydney, captain lieutenant B.J. Knollema.(1)
Stiffening low angle gun foundation. Her armament consisted of: 1 high angle/low angle 12 pd gun, 2-2cm Oerlikon machineguns, 2-2 Colt cal 50 machineguns, 2x1 Colt cal 50 machinegun, 4 PAC‘s, 1-Pillar Box=Mk II anti-aircraft rocket launcher with 20-5,08cm/2” rockets, 2KSs, Smoke Floats, 4PAC,s, paravanes and degauss installation. Protected bridge. Gun crew numbered 20 men. Kite installation balloons.
