Extra ordinary building budget for Spanish navy according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1907 No. 1

An item reported that the approved extra budget of 5 million pesetas for the Spanish navy was mainly to be used for building 3 coastal defence ships (1) and a training ship. The training ship needed most was to be built abroad.
