An item reported that the Polish Oder
Shipping Company was active in transporting coal between Gleiwitz and Stettin.
Iron ore between Stettin and Gleiwitz and raw building materials like gravel,
sand and bricks between Cosel and Breslau. She possessed as transport means 65
so-called Plauer-barges with a capacity of 650 tons and as dimensions 64 x 8,25
x 2,5 (height) metres of which 50 were in actual service and the remaining 15
under repair by shipyards at Breslau and Neusalz.
