An item reported that the British admiral Gamble resigned as reorganizer of the Turkish navy. The Times reported that the Turkish cabinet decided that his successor was no longer responsible for the complete reorganisation. He would be advisor of the ministers and responsible for the training of the officers and men while the minister was responsible for the command structure.(1)
