Soviet escort vessel seen near Archangelsk, Russia according to a CIA report dated 12 September 1958

An item reported a Soviet escort vessel 30 miles northwest of the geographic location 68.35 north and 38.40 east on a course of 130 degrees in early June 1958. Rain squall prevented better observations and so more details.
