An item dated Berlin, Germany 18th reported that in the parliament during the discussions of the naval budget a proposal of the communists to disapprove the second term for the armoured cruiser (1) with 224 against 153 votes and 5 blank votes was rejected. The social democratic party also rejected the proposal but not their ministers.
