In 2002 of the Northern fleet.  Pionier Moskvyy class savage submersible support ships or project 05360/05361 based on a standard merchant timber-carrier/containership hull design retaining two holds. Sister ships Mikhail Rudnitskiy (1979), Giorgiy Koz’min (1980) and the Sayany (1984). Built at Karamaki Zavod, Vyborg. The Giorgiy Titov differs from the elder ships with a larger superstructure over hold no. 3 and carries anno 2003 with her 2 Pisces submersibles. Speed 15,75 knots. Fitted out with 2-50 ton cranes and 2-20 ton cranes.Her crew consisted of 62 sailors and another 40 salvage employees. Displacement 7.960 (full load) tons and as dimensions 130,31 (over all) x 17,3 x 7,3 metres or 427.4’ x 56.7’ x 23.9’.
