The Turkish and Egyptian navies according to the Dutch newspaper Vlissingse Courant dated 19 November 1839

From Alexandria, Egypt came the news that the European powers still pursued for returning the Turkish fleet to the sultan. The crews wanted to return homewards to Constantinople and cursed the Kapudan Pasha.
