England seizing Russian ships according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 26 November 1917

An item referred to the magazine Vorwärts which received tidings from Copenhagen that according to a Russian newspaper England seized all Russian ship in the northern waters. The Russian cruiser ASKOLD which operated in the Mediterranean was now also guarded.
