Russian armed cruiser Diana at Saigon ordered to be disarmed according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 26 April 1905

An item dated Singapore 25 April referred to tidings received from Paris reporting that the authorities in Saigon ordered that the Russian armed cruiser Diana was to be disarmed and to hand over essential parts of her machinery. She had just undergone heavy repairs.
