Dutch tank steam ship Tarakan sold to be broken up according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad voor het Noorden dated 17 January 1934

An item reported that the Dutch tank steam ship Tarakan of 1,642 gross tons and build in 1913 owned by the Kon. Paketvaart Mij of Amsterdam was sold to be broken up.(1) The newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad of the same date added that she was sold bythe brokers Jacq. Pierot Jr.&Zonen at Rotterdam towards Singapore.
