An item dated Paris 8 October reported that in the so-called budget commission the future naval shipbuilding was discussed. In 1893 was the building to be started of 2-1st class cruisers, 3-2nd class cruisers, 1-4th class cruiser, one aviso, one torpedo boat, one gunboat, four seaworthy torpedo boats and three 1st class torpedo boats.
