Squadron of Hayti active off Cayes according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 25 July 1818

London, 21 July. According to a tiding from New York, USA dated 13 June arrived the Fair Play after a voyage of 18 days coming from Cayes while reporting that a privateer of the Independents, two brigs and 2 goelettes were captured by the squadron of Hayti cruising off Cayes, Haiti.
