Albania accused Soviet Union of stealing her submarines according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van het Noorden dated 25 May 1965

An item referred to the Albanian communistic propaganda magazine Zeri I Popullit reported that Albania accused the Soviet Union of stealing eight of her submarines and a number of surface vessels. There were no more details supplied as that the ships were stolen while berthed at Sevastopol for repairs.
