British floating coal depot success according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1907-1908 No. 8

An item reported that the floating coal depot with a cargo capacity of 12.000 ton used by the British navy was a success. The intention was to built a second enlarged one of 20.000 ton located in such a manner that two battleships at the same time could be provided.
