Russia building boats for the Amur flotilla according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1907-1908 No. 8

An item reported that at the Russian Putilofyard ten boats were built to be used for reconnaissance and guard in the Amur area. They were to be completed in 1909 fitted out with diesel engines allowing a huge speed and large range. The armament consisted of quick firing guns, machineguns and launchers.
