USS gunboat Helena successful during trial according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1896-1897 no. 10

An item referred to the magazine Army and Navy Journal reporting that the gunboat USS Helena performed very well during her trail with her speed of 15 miles which was 2 miles more as the minimum contracted speed.
