French second squadron at Brest getting new destroyers according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1933 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine N.&M. Rec. dated 30 August 1933 reporting that the 12-700 ton torpedo boats of the second French squadron at Brest were to be replaced on short notice by destroyers with a speed of 30 knots. At the end of the year was this squadron to include 10 flotilla leaders of 2.400-2.600 ton and 4-1.400 ton destroyers. The Lamotte Piquet was to be replaced by the modernized Duguay Trouin.
