In the presence of the supreme commanding officer of the Black Sea Fleet
vice-admiral Streigh was 27 June at Cherson with enthusiastic acclaims the
110-gun ship of the line Keiser Frans launched. The Russian squadron commanded
by admiral Crown returned in the meantime at Kronstadt.(1)
